Don’t Overdose!
Consult the doctor first. Medicines are usually better at alleviating, but super antioxidants, in turn, give longer life, which medicines can also give, of course. They complement each other, and both are good in the prescribed dose.

CBD changes the behavior of an individual and is good for diseases such as Parkinson’s and psychotic diseases etc. Below are studies about CBD.
1: Antipsychotics
According to the study below, they indirectly concluded that common antipsychotics dose not work, as the brain scans did not change until they took CBD. Furthermore, this means that common antipsychotics did not change the brain pattern.
“This suggests that normalization of mediotemporal and prefrontal dysfunction and mediotemporal-striatal functional connectivity may underlie the antipsychotic effects of CBD.”
2: Mood
CBD shows antidepressant benefits and with evidence-based research, can perhaps replace antidepressants.
“[…] stimulates both transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 and 2 and serotonin type 1A receptors.” […] ” Specifically, CBD has received growing attention due to its anxiolytic and antidepressant properties”. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33668469/
“Two studies reported that single-dose CBD pretreatment reduced anxiety in laboratory paradigms among individuals with social anxiety disorder. ” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33530732/
3: Blood Pressure and Arterial Stiffness
Blood pressure was lowered with the help of CBD. Arterial hardness was also reduced, which means that the blood can flow freely much better if you don’t have atherosclerosis. The contractions of the arteries also increased.
“CBD reduced resting systolic BP (–6 mmHg; P < 0.05) and stroke volume (–8 ml; P < 0.05), with increased heart rate (HR) and maintained cardiac output. Subjects who had taken CBD had lower BP” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5470879/
“Within the CBD group, repeated dosing reduced arterial stiffness by day 7 (pulse wave velocity; MD -0.44 m/s, P = .05) and improved endothelial function (flow mediation dilatation, MD +3.5%, P = .02, n = 6 per group), compared to day 1.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32128848/
4: ADHD
ADHD is a disability that means that you have difficulty concentrating. CBD helps this condition according to the two studies below. It is too early to say whether this can replace traditional medicine.
“Adults with ADHD may represent a subgroup of individuals who experience a reduction of symptoms and no cognitive impairments following cannabinoid use. While not definitive, this study provides preliminary evidence supporting the self-medication theory of cannabis use in ADHD and the need for further studies of the endocannabinoid system in ADHD.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28576350/
“CBD and CBD-containing compounds such as nabiximols were helpful in alleviating symptoms of cannabis-related disorders, schizophrenia, social anxiety disorder, and comorbidities of ASD, and ADHD with moderate recommendation.” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7819291/
5: Autism
Autism conditions are disabilities that affect one’s way of thinking, being and communicating with other people. How much life is affected by it can vary greatly. CBD relieves and strengthens social interaction
“The main improvements of the treatment were as follows: a decrease in behavioral problems was reported in 10 patients (32.2%), an increase in expressive language was reported in 7 patients (22.5%), improved cognition was reported in 4 patients (12,9%), an increase in social interaction was reported in 3 patients (9.6%)” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34911567/
“A combination of high CBD and low-dose THC oil was demonstrated to be an effective treatment option for managing symptoms associated with autism, leading to a better quality of life for both the patient and the caregivers.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36176817/
“Thus, cannabidiol (CBD) emerges as a possible strategy for treating ASD symptoms since it has relevant pharmacological actions on the endocannabinoid system and shows promising results in studies related to disorders in the central nervous system.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35904579/
“However, previous studies have mostly based their conclusions on parental reports”[…] “We also quantified changes in adaptive behaviors using the Vineland, and cognitive abilities using an age-appropriate Wechsler test.” […] “there were overall significant improvements in social communication abilities as quantified by the ADOS, SRS, and Vineland with larger improvements in participants who had more severe initial symptoms.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36085294/
6: Anxiety
Everyone has anxiety sometimes and it can be unpleasant. CBD can lower anxiety according to the studies below.
“CBD has a promising role as alternative therapy in the management of anxiety disorders. However, more studies with standardized approaches to dosing and clinical outcome measurements are needed to determine the appropriate dosing strategy for CBD and its place in therapy.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31866386/
“Evidence from human studies strongly supports the potential for CBD as a treatment for anxiety disorders: at oral doses ranging from 300 to 600 mg,” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4604171/
7: Parkinson
“These studies reported therapeutic effects of CBD on non-motor symptoms. Additional research is needed to elucidate the potential effectiveness of CBD in PD and the underlying mechanisms involved.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31314869/
“The role of pantothenate in cerebral energy metabolism involved in PD has been figured out [10]; 3-MH is well known as an important functional protein of muscle. It is released when muscle contraction causes the decomposition of contractile protein. Meanwhile, there is no corresponding enzyme for its catabolism and recycling in muscle cells. Thus, the intensity of 3-MH is one of the important indicators of physical motorial status.” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8964161/
8: Anti inflammatory and acne
CBD is both a strong anti-inflammatory and acne-fighting compound. Inflammation can e.g. lead to disease and cancer.
“The therapeutic potential of CBD has been evaluated in cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, cancer, and metabolic diseases, which are usually accompanied by oxidative stress and inflammation” […] “articular attention was paid to the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of CBD and its derivatives, bearing in mind the possibilities of using this phytocannabinoid to protect against oxidative stress and the consequences associated with oxidative modifications of proteins and lipids. ” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7023045/
“The anti-inflammatory effects of CBD were also observed in the reduction of inflammatory cytokine TNF-α. Lipopolysaccharides were used to pre-treat sebocytes to induce “pro-acne” inflammatory conditions.” […] “Results from this study strongly demonstrate the clinical potential of CBD in the treatment of acne.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35535052/
9: Epilepsy
Epilepsy is a condition of the brain that causes different types of seizures. A seizure can mean that you have a convulsion or lose parts of your consciousness for a short or long time. CBD can help with this condition.
“The reduction in all-types seizure frequency by at least 50% occurred in 37.2% of the patients in the CBD 20 mg group” […] “Adjunctive CBD in patients with LGS or DS experiencing seizures uncontrolled by concomitant anti-epileptic treatment regimens is associated with a greater reduction in seizure frequency and a higher rate of AEs than placebo.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30390221/
